About orders/reservation sales
From the perspective of sustainability efforts , we will start production after receiving orders from everyone and confirming the number of orders for each product, with the aim of reducing the environmental burden caused by disposal loss of clothing inventory. Therefore, please understand that we have received a certain period of time after placing an order. Please refer to the product page for the delivery time of the product.
Q: Can I place an order at any time?
Each product has an order acceptance period. We will inform you about the order period on our EC site, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Q: Is it possible to cancel?
We cannot accept cancellations of products that have already been ordered or changes to product details (addition of products, change to other products). Before completing your order, please make sure that there are no mistakes in the size, color, price, quantity, etc. of your order.
Q: About the scheduled shipping schedule
As this is a made-to-order product, we will contact you regarding shipping after the product is completed. Approximate delivery times are listed on the product page. In addition, the estimated shipping date of the reserved product is only a guideline and does not guarantee the delivery date. Please note.

Q: Regarding specifying the desired delivery date and time
As this is a made-to-order product, we are unable to specify the delivery date and time.
